About this vacancy

• Creating data products and analyses that provide insights into employee development in relation to TMC's ambitions.
• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of existing reports and adjusting or updating them as needed.
• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement new data products based on specific requirements.
• Proactively supporting data-driven decision-making within the employee and organization domain by providing quantitative insights.
• You will work closely with various teams and stakeholders to effectively transform data into valuable information that supports strategic objectives.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking.
• At least 5 years of experience in data chain and process optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent command of Excel and Power BI and or Tableau
• Experience within complex organizations.
• Ability to thoroughly understand IT systems and processes and extract valuable information.
• Excellent communication skills; you are proactive in engaging with people and driving processes forward.
