English Customer Service Agent

As an English Customer Operations Agent, you will be part of our energetic and international team. You will be supporting our E-commerce customers from multiple markets to ensure that they always receive above and beyond treatment. We believe excellence is not a destination but a process.
Overview of Responsibilities:
- Communicate via different channels (chat, Whats App, e-mail, phone and through partners)
- Investigate inquiries using internal and external stakeholders and systems
- Have an in-depth knowledge of macros and (when created) phone scripts in relevant languages and English
- Be able to process orders through various systems
- Make claims
- Process refunds
- Identify fraudulent behavior
- Attend meetings and trainings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date
- Translate text for customer contacts on an ad-hoc basis
- Be a team player and assist colleagues when needed
- Raise any areas of improvement with your Customer Operations Senior
Skills/Experience:
- Fluent in English. Additional languages are a big plus (Spanish, Italian, French, German, Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Norwegian)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in fashion and you are preferably an avid online shopper
- Experience in previous customer service or similar environments are a big plus

This position will be working in the Customer Operations team in our Amsterdam office in the Netherlands. Please note we are only looking for a full-time employee.
