Salary Range: Php 50,000 – Php 70,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Set-up: On-Site/Field (Warehouse)

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management, preferably from banks or financing companies.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong experience in appraisals within the auto financing industry.
• Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track company assets, focusing on repossessed vehicles across multiple warehouse locations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to management.
• Ensure accurate and consistent inventory management through regular asset audits across warehouses.
• Lead the Appraisal team to support the Credit Control and Sales & Marketing groups in the evaluation process.
• Implement process improvements to enhance asset tracking, inventory management, and coordination of repossessed vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
