Rank: Manager to Senior Manager Level
Salary Range: Php 50,000 – Php 70,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Set-up: On-Site/Field (Warehouse)
Recruitment Process:
- Initial Screening (HR)
- Interviews with SVP – Admin Group & EVP (CEO/President interview upon request)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management, preferably from banks or financing companies.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong experience in appraisals within the auto financing industry.
- Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Monitor and track company assets, focusing on repossessed vehicles across multiple warehouse locations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide actionable insights to management.
- Ensure accurate and consistent inventory management through regular asset audits across warehouses.
- Lead the Appraisal team to support the Credit Control and Sales & Marketing groups in the evaluation process.
- Implement process improvements to enhance asset tracking, inventory management, and coordination of repossessed vehicles.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior.
Pay: Php65,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- 13th month salary
