Responsibilities:

• Customer Onboarding & Implementation: Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and configure their accounts. Customize ticketing and field management solutions to meet their business objectives.
• Configuration QA: Ensure proper system setup and configuration of ERP systems (not feature QA), conducting troubleshooting as needed. Your primary focus will be to verify accurate configurations.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation using Confluence, ensuring all systems are configured according to customer needs and internal standards.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2 support, troubleshooting complex technical issues, assisting with integrations (e.g., Quick Books), and handling minor JSON field updates. Escalate issues to engineering teams when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services. Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to resolve more intricate technical problems
• Knowledge Management: Build and manage a knowledge base using Jira/Confluence. Help optimize our chatbot's integration with Confluence to enhance customer support and improve resolution times.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine onboarding processes, customer workflows, and internal documentation based on feedback and identified gaps.
• Multichannel Customer Support: Engage with customers using tools like Whats App, Intercom, web chat, and email support to ensure smooth and efficient communication.

Requirements:

• ERP System Expertise: Strong background in ERP configuration and troubleshooting, particularly in configuration QA.
• Experience with systems such as SAP, Net Suite, Air Table, Zoho, or similar platforms is highly desired.
• Technical Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues independently with minimal oversight, especially around integrations and system configurations.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and approachable way.
• Customer-Centric: You must be patient, solution-oriented, and capable of fostering long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Tools Proficiency: Experience with Slack, GSuite, Jira/Confluence, Intercom (or other case management software), and basic JSON scripting is essential.
• Availability: Must be available during 9-5 MST to effectively collaborate with teams and customers.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
