Assistant Spa Manager

Pezula Nature Reserve is a luxurious haven located in Knysna, South Africa. It's known for its pristine landscapes, indigenous forests, and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. The retreat offers a serene and immersive experience with nature, while also providing high-end accommodations and world-class amenities, making it a sought-after destination for those seeking tranquility and indulgence.
Our client is seeking a dedicated Assistant Spa Manager to join the exceptional team at the serene Pezula Nature Retreat. This luxurious destination is nestled in the heart of nature, offering guests an unparalleled experience of tranquility and rejuvenation.
What is required:

The Assistant Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in managing daily operations at the Spa Front Desk and within the Spa Facilities. They ensure smooth administration and coordination of Spa, Salon, Fitness, and Wellness Facilities, maintaining efficiency and adherence to company standards.
Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent.
Somatology (CIDESCO, SAAHSP, and/or ITEC advantageous).
Business Management/ Administration Diploma advantageous.
Minimum 5 years in the Spa/beauty industry.
Minimum 1 years’ assistant managerial / Supervisor experience.
Computer literate - Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
Opera and ESP systems knowledge – advantageous
Excellent client service, communication and organization skills.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Pro-active mind set and Goal Orientated.
Flexibility and Team Player.
