Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries about financial products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally.
- Provide detailed information and support related to various financial offerings.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed on financial regulations and product knowledge to assist clients accurately.
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the financial sector, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with financial products and services is highly desirable.
- Proficient in using technology and remote communication tools.
