Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury jewelry, including product details, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
- Deliver personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to elevate the overall customer experience.
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- A genuine interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
