Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in Estonian.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to luxury jewelry, including product details, orders, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and care.
• Deliver personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality.
• Collaborate with team members to elevate the overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
• A genuine interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
