As an Estonian Speaking IT Representative, you will provide exceptional technical support to clients, assisting them with a variety of IT-related inquiries and challenges. Your expertise in communication and problem-solving will be crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality IT support to Estonian-speaking customers through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
• Assist clients with product installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Gather feedback from clients to identify improvement opportunities in service offerings.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential.
• Previous experience in IT support or a similar technical role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and support practices.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with all relocation costs covered by the company.
• Able to work effectively in a team and independently in a remote environment.
