Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat communications in Estonian.
- Assist passengers with inquiries related to flights, bookings, and airline policies.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions.
- Guide customers through the airline’s procedures, ensuring a smooth travel experience.
- Provide accurate information about the airline’s services, destinations, and promotions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain organized records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or aviation sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of airline operations and basic international travel procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and customer management software.
