Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat communications.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about high-end coffee machines and related accessories.
  • Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
  • Guide customers through product usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance processes.
  • Offer accurate information on product features, promotions, and guarantees.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback meticulously in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Interest in luxury consumer products, particularly coffee machines, is an advantage.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer management software.
