Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions regarding transportation services, including bookings and schedules.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Guide customers on available services and optimal travel options.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions for reference and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and overall customer experience.
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the transportation industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
