Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions regarding transportation services, including bookings and schedules.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Guide customers on available services and optimal travel options.
• Maintain thorough records of customer interactions for reference and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in the transportation industry is advantageous.
