• Guide customers through our products and help troubleshoot any challenges they encounter.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions to support quality assurance efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
• Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Estonian (both verbal and written) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
