Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products, warranty claims, and technical issues.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Educate customers about product features and usage, enhancing their experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service delivery.
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a tech-related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- A genuine interest in electronics and technology.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
