Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat to Estonian-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information on banking policies, procedures, and updates.
- Document customer interactions clearly and maintain records in the banking system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and product offerings to assist customers appropriately.
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the banking or finance sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens with full relocation support provided.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer service platforms.
