Responsibilities:
- Respond efficiently to emergency calls from customers requiring roadside assistance.
- Provide clear and effective communication in Estonian, ensuring customers receive the support they need.
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure prompt assistance for clients.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the required systems.
- Maintain professionalism and a calm demeanor while managing emergencies.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications.
