Responsibilities:
- Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a friendly and timely manner.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or negative behavior that violates community standards.
- Monitor user interactions to gather insights for improving community engagement.
- Keep updated on brand guidelines to maintain consistency in messaging and moderation.
- Collaborate with team members to establish and implement best practices for effective moderation.
- Provide feedback on content trends and user interactions to promote continuous improvement in community management.
- Fluency in Estonian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and understanding of content moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive situations and providing constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
