Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding technical support to Estonian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues concerning software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist customers by guiding them through problem-solving processes with clear and effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and accurately record the resolutions of technical problems.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collect feedback on common technical challenges to help refine support processes.
- Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking principles.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with complete relocation expenses covered by the company.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
