Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Guide customers in understanding product features and troubleshooting their concerns.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide better support.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
