Icelandic Speaking Customer Service for International Airline - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat resources in Icelandic.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight information, bookings, and travel procedures.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Guide passengers through the airline's process, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with your remote team to continuously enhance service delivery.
- Keep updated on the latest airline policies and industry standards to provide accurate information.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or airline industry, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in travel and knowledge of airline operations is a plus.
- Proficient in the use of technology and customer relationship management software.
