Icelandic Speaking IT Representatives with full relocation - Remote in Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Icelandic Speaking IT Representatives to join our team, providing a rewarding remote work experience while living in the stunning surroundings of Greece. This position includes full relocation support, allowing you to enjoy both personal and professional growth in a vibrant environment. As an Icelandic Speaking IT Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to our clients, addressing their IT-related inquiries and resolving issues effectively. Your communication skills and technical expertise will be essential in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional IT support to Icelandic-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
  • Assist customers with product installations, configurations, and updates.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and address customer needs effectively.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in services.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
  • Experience in IT support or a similar technical role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
  • Technical knowledge of IT systems, software, and customer service practices.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with all relocation expenses covered by the company.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
