Icelandic Speaking Technical Support for Customers - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose a range of technical issues related to consumer technology.
- Guide customers step-by-step through the troubleshooting process, providing clear and effective communication.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with team members to consistently improve service delivery and customer experience.
- Identify and escalate common issues to enhance overall service quality.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential, along with good English skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while staying self-motivated.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
- Organized and able to manage time effectively to handle multiple inquiries.
