Icelandic Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Quickly respond to emergency calls from customers seeking roadside assistance.
- Communicate effectively in Icelandic, ensuring customers receive clear and compassionate support.
- Coordinate with local service providers to arrange timely assistance for clients.
- Maintain a calm and professional approach while managing stressful situations.
- Accurately document all interactions and solutions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and boost customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Experience with remote work is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications.
