Icelandic Speaking Customer Experience Associate - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and detailed responses.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Guide customers in understanding our products and troubleshooting any challenges.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with high-end consumer products is a plus.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
