Icelandic Speaking Customer Service Banking with relocation- Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with banking-related inquiries and account management.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers on various banking products and services available to them.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the banking industry, is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Understanding of banking products and services is a plus.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
