Icelandic Speaking Customer Service Financial Sector - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to financial products, services, and transactions.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints while ensuring satisfaction.
- Educate customers about financial offerings and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with a remote team to continuously enhance service delivery.
- Keep yourself updated on financial regulations and product knowledge to support customers accurately.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the financial sector, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using technology and remote communication platforms.
- Knowledge of financial products and services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup with self-discipline.
