Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism.
- Educate customers on product features, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- A passion for electronics and technology is desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or office-based environment.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management systems.
