Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to banking services and products.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Offer guidance on banking procedures, account management, and transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay informed on banking products and industry regulations to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the banking or financial sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setup.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece; assistance with relocation is provided.
- Familiarity with banking products and services will be an advantage.
