Icelandic Speaking Customer Service for Coffee Machines- Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to coffee machines, including setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Provide effective solutions and guidance to enhance customers' experiences with the products.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality.
- Stay informed about product updates and promotional offerings.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred, especially in a technical environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- Interest in or knowledge of coffee machines and brewing techniques is a plus.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer service management software.
