Icelandic Speaking Customer Service for Electronics Companies - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat in Icelandic.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to electronic products and services.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and technical issues.
- Provide guidance on product usage, features, and troubleshooting.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the technology sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
- Interest in electronics and consumer technology is a plus.
- Proficient in utilizing digital tools and customer management software.
