Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to high-end coffee machines and accessories.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints with professionalism.
- Guide customers through the setup, operation, and maintenance of their coffee machines.
- Provide accurate information on product offerings, promotions, and technical support.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continually improve the customer service experience.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in premium product sectors, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A passion for coffee and knowledge of high-end coffee machines is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using technology and customer management systems.
