Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service support via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and order management.
  • Efficiently handle customer complaints and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
  • Guide customers through various processes while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve service quality.
  • Stay informed on products and services to accurately assist customers.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation assistance provided.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and customer management software.
