Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat communications in Icelandic.
- Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure resolution.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Stay informed about products, services, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with all relocation expenses covered.
- Proficient in using digital tools and customer management systems.
