Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewelry, including product details, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Offer personalized advice and recommendations based on customers' preferences.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to continually improve the customer experience.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- A genuine interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
