Icelandic Speaking Customer Support for Luxury Jewellery - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Icelandic.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury jewelry, including product information, orders, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with a high level of professionalism and care.
- Offer personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in luxury customer service or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- A genuine interest in luxury jewelry and fashion is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is preferred.
