Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding transportation services, such as bookings, schedules, and cancellations.
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Educate customers about available services and assist them in making informed travel decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve overall service delivery.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the transportation industry is advantageous.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
