Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality IT support to Icelandic-speaking customers through various communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
- Assist clients with product installations, setup, and updates.
- Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain accurate records of technical solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Gather insights from customer feedback to recommend improvements in our services.
- Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in IT support or a related technical field is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- A customer-oriented approach, capable of handling challenging situations effectively.
- Technical understanding of IT systems, software, and support best practices.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with all relocation expenses covered by the company.
- Able to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.
