Responsibilities:
- Offer personalized consultations to Icelandic-speaking customers regarding search engine optimization and online marketing strategies.
- Assist clients in troubleshooting technical issues related to their search engine accounts and campaigns.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations to improve their online visibility.
- Educate clients on product functionalities and effective strategies for maximizing search engine performance.
- Document interactions with clients and gather feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and the evolution of search engine technologies.
- Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, consulting, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical abilities to interpret data and deliver actionable insights to clients.
- Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients succeed in their digital marketing endeavors.
- Familiarity with digital tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
