Responsibilities:
- Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines.
- Engage with users through comments, messages, and inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or negative user behavior.
- Monitor user interactions to gather insights and enhance community engagement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop effective moderation strategies and best practices.
- Offer feedback on content trends and user interactions to drive continuous improvement.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of content moderation practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive matters and providing constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
