Icelandic Speaking Social Media Content Moderators - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure adherence to community guidelines and brand standards.
- Engage with users through comments, messages, and inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
- Identify and report any inappropriate content or harmful user behavior.
- Utilize analytical skills to monitor user interactions and gather insights for community engagement improvement.
- Remain updated with brand guidelines to maintain consistent messaging and moderation practices.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for content moderation.
- Provide feedback on content trends and user dynamics to support ongoing improvement efforts.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and understanding of content moderation practices.
- Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Professionalism in handling sensitive matters and delivering constructive feedback.
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or relevant fields is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
