Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via instant messaging on social media platforms in Icelandic.
- Promptly and effectively resolve user inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist users in utilizing social media features to enhance their engagement.
- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends and updates to offer knowledgeable support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall user satisfaction and service quality.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and instant messaging applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Able to work independently and effectively within a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
