Icelandic Speaking Support for Social Media- Instant Messaging- Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via instant messaging on social media platforms in Icelandic.
- Efficiently respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot issues while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Educate users on how to effectively utilize social media features and services.
- Document interactions and feedback to help improve customer service quality.
- Stay current on the latest social media trends and platforms to provide knowledgeable support.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall user satisfaction and service delivery.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar support role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and instant messaging applications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Able to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and support processes.
