Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve various technical issues involving software, hardware, and networking.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes with clear and effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and accurately record the resolutions for technical problems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Provide insights on common technical challenges to aid in refining support processes.
- Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT role is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to convey technical concepts clearly.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
