Icelandic Speaking Technical Support Roles with relocation - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Offer exceptional technical support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues concerning software, hardware, and network systems.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps, providing clear and concise communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions and the resolutions of technical problems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Share insights on recurring technical challenges to assist in refining support processes.
- Fluency in Icelandic (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT position is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly convey technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer service.
- Technical knowledge of computer systems, software applications, and networking fundamentals.
- Preference for candidates comfortable working in a remote environment with stable internet connectivity.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation expenses covered by the company.
