Icelandic Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat about video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through service features and assist with setup processes effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and track resolutions.
- Work closely with the technical support team to improve service quality and user satisfaction.
- Collect and report customer feedback to inform service enhancements.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in the tech or streaming industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with video streaming technologies and platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
