Icelandic Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation- Remote in Greec

Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to Icelandic-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues concerning video playback, account management, and device compatibility.
- Offer guidance to customers on setup processes and service features effectively.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate logs of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest enhancements for services and offerings.
- Fluency in Icelandic (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and implementing solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
