Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer support through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking services, transactions, and accounts.
- Quickly address and effectively resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Educate customers about available banking products and services tailored to their needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and overall customer experience.
- Stay informed on banking regulations and product offerings to provide accurate assistance.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the banking sector, is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote work.
