Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support to Irish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat concerning video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video playback, account access, and device compatibility.
- Assist customers with setup processes and explain service features effectively.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance overall service quality.
- Gather and report customer feedback to inform ongoing service improvements.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming industry is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote working environment.
