Irish Speaking Customer Service for International Airline - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service via phone, email, and chat in Irish.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about airline policies, services, and promotions.
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with remote teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay informed about airline updates and industry regulations to assist customers accurately.
- Fluency in Irish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel sector, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in using technology and remote communication tools.
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of airline operations and basic travel procedures is advantageous.
