Irish Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistance - Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Quickly respond to emergency calls from customers requesting roadside assistance.
- Provide clear and effective communication in Irish, ensuring customers receive the support they need.
- Coordinate with local service providers to ensure timely assistance for clients.
- Maintain professionalism and calmness while managing emergency situations.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Irish (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or emergency assistance is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to remain composed under pressure.
- Experience working remotely is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and software applications.
