- Assist customers in understanding our products and troubleshooting challenges.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions for quality assurance purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and enhance overall service delivery.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to provide optimal support.
- Fluency in Irish (verbal and written) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
